The first week of June brought quite a few interesting facts from the Fedora world, like the complete migration of Fedora Project's website to MediaWiki, some info about Fedora Open Day
2008 and news about the development of Fedora 10 themes.
At the end of May, Mike McGrath announced on the fedora-announce mailing list that the migration to MediaWiki had reached completion. He said:
"The migration to Mediawiki is finally complete! The technical side, that is. Now is the part where we all learn how to migrate our knowledge and clean-up content."The Fedora and Red Hat Open Day 2008 was held in Cracow, Poland, with discussions about the Fedora Project, One Laptop Per Child, KDE4 and many other subjects, as Pawel Sadowski reported on the fedora-ambassadors mailing list.
As we're getting closer to the next release of Fedora - Fedora 10 -, discussions surrounding its main theme are increasingly more frequent. The Fedora Artwork Project has a few themes, including Gears and Neon - which, as we know, has recently received an update from Mairin Duffy, who submitted a photomanipulation with a city scene and neon lights.
