The timetable for Fedora 18 (Spherical Cow) has been changed yet again and the developers have pushed the release date with one week.

No one is surprised anymore by the repeated delays of Fedora 18. It would be a surprise if the distribution launched at the appointed date and it's not pushed back again.

“Today at Go/No-Go meeting it was decided to slip Fedora 18 release by one week due to unresolved blocker bugs.

“As a result, Fedora 18 will be pushed out by one week with final release on 2013-01-15. The next Go/No-Go meeting is on Wednesday, Jan 09. Time will be announced on Monday,” stated Jaroslav Reznik from Red Hat. Download Fedora 18 Beta right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a beta version and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended for testing purposes only.
