Fedora 18 is almost upon us and it seems they need the help of the community once more in putting together the release notes for the new version.

According to the developers of Fedora, each version of the operating system comes with new features and retires older ones. The Fedora Documentation Project needs to reflect these changes.

“The release notes are divided up into categories, or 'beats.' Each beat is kept by a volunteer who follows mailing lists, changelogs, announcements, and features in the space”
, said Pete Travis from The Fedora Docs Team.

So if you are a developer for Fedora, the developers of the OS want to be sure you get the credit you deserve for your work. You just have to enter the details of your work and The Fedora Documentation Project will take care of the rest.
