Fashion Can Be a Very Confusing Thing

- For Michelle Rodriguez, at least, it's something that verges on the paranormal!

By: Elena Gorgan, Entertainment News Editor

We all know Michelle Rodriguez of the 'Fast and the Furious' and 'Lost' fame and we all, to some extent or another, love her: despite her many run-ins with the law, she is still down
to earth and nice. Of course, occasionally, she likes to lick her hairy armpit in public as the best 'metaphor' for how she spent her time in jail but that's not gonna stop us from liking her.

Then again, when it comes to fashion, Michelle Rodriguez is a walking disaster: she was never the glamorous type, the kind of woman that takes your breath away with her beauty, but maybe that was just part of her charm. But, you know, if don't have it... don't flaunt it!

Here is Michelle at the Marc Jacobs show trying to make a fashion statement. She of all women on earth! As you can
see for yourselves, the actress wanted to go for a more classic look... with an edge! Aside from the white gown (that resembles and not quite a bride's gown), Michelle had on the most IN fashion accessory: a police anklet, the kind used for tracking former inmates, out on parole.

While the paparazzi all gasped and grinded their teeth at the sight of the tracking device, all in full view and on display, there are some who actually claim that it's for real and not just something that she put on to get more attention. Apparently, the anklet detects how much alcohol the one who wears it has in his/her blood, by taking samples of perspiration each 30 minutes. The proud wearer of this wonderful piece of 'jewelry' has to take it off once a day and transfer the information from its chip to the online police data.

It is yet uncertain whether Michelle wore it just for fun or simply because she had to. Either way, it doesn't look good on her but, if she's trying to tell us that convicts will set the trend in 2007, we're game! She knows squat about fashion but she's still the funniest female celebrity in all Hollywood (and I'm not saying this because she could kick my ass anytime, anyplace).
