Over the weekend, Nicole Kidman showed the people in Rome what class is all about. As she treated the red carpet at the Inaugural Rome Film Festival, to promote her latest movie, 'Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus', the actress looked positively radiant.

Going for the simple things, Kidman wore only this silvery dress, matched with brown shoes and, as the only item of jewelry, her wedding ring. By all accounts, she is the living example that the strong essences are held only in the smallest vials.

Looking down at her toned body, the gorgeous Nicole also addressed the question of her alleged pregnancy, pointing to the obvious fact that she is not with child, as rumor had it. But it was her posture and her openness towards the media that which conquered both her fans and the paparazzi that gathered to see her glorious entrance.

With a new dye job, of a much darker shade of blonde, that truly made it look as if her usually pale cheeks had more color in them and taking out her beautiful eyes, Nicole was all smiles and nice words for the people from whom, no more than a couple of weeks ago, she was desperate to get away.

All in all, she might not have the innate charm and brilliance of someone like, let's say, Angelina Jolie or Charlize Theron, Nicole manages all the time to be that unexpected face in the crowd that shines silently but strongly, without drawing too much attention to herself.
