The development team at Ubisoft working on Far Cry 4 is continuing the marketing push for the game by launching a new behind the scenes video that shows how the complex new game world of Kyrat is being created.

The team delivers information on the main inspiration sources and explains the way the design of the Himalayan nation will influence the core gameplay mechanics of the open world shooter.

A lot of fans of the Far Cry franchise were surprised when the setting for the new title was announced, but Ubisoft makes it clear that the game world will include a variety of terrain types and fauna and flora, ranging from snow-capped mountains to green gentle valleys.

The story will be focused on Ajay Ghale, a native who is returning to honor his mother's wishes and needs to battle the well trained forces of a despot named Pagan Min.

The new title in the franchise will use the open world and core shooter mechanics that fans love, and the team promises that gamers will have even more options when it comes to taking out enemy forces.

Far Cry 4 will be launched on the PC, the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One and last-gen consoles on November 18 of this year.
