14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Ubisoft in charge of Far Cry 4 announces that the Hurk Deluxe Pack is now live for the game and will deliver a range of new content for fans, including missions that are designed to introduce a new set of challenges for veteran players.
Gamers will be able to get access to a series of Hurk's Redemption missions, which include three action-packed sequences during which the player needs to get the character out of prison using a variety of means.
A new Blood Ruby mission will focus on a rare gemstone that Pagan Min has managed to uncover and players will need to recover as quickly as possible.
Finally, the Yak Farm mission involves saving a compound which is under attack from government forces.
The new weapons added to Far Cry 4 via the Hurk Deluxe Pack are: The Impaler – a harpoon gun, Arena machete, Driller PKM gun, Sandman 1911 pistol, and an Elephant double-barrel rifle.
Ubisoft has not said how many other pieces of DLC it plans to launch for its open world shooter, which has managed to sell well since it was introduced last year, showing that despite the relatively limited story, the gameplay of the series continues to be attractive to gamers.
