Publisher and developer Ubisoft is less known for its Android titles, though from time to time it launches new apps and games for mobile platforms.

Far Cry 3 Outpost is such an application that allows users to decode encrypted data found during games sessions in order to earn advanced weapon mods and customize Loadouts while on the move.

The mobile app is aimed at multiplayer and co-op and provides players with the option to track their progress through the daily and weekly challenges.

Players can also check out their stats and compare them with their friends, as well as keep track of the maps created via the in-game map editor.

Far Cry 3 Outpost 1.0 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
