Hackers have found a new exploit within Ubisoft's Uplay digital distribution service and managed to download Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon for the PC and even leaked it onto torrent websites.

Far Cry 3 impressed lots of PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 owners last December and Ubisoft is apparently working on a spinoff with a distinct retro theme that will be a downloadable standalone experience.

Plenty of details and screenshots about the title have leaked in recent weeks, but now the actual game has apparently been posted on torrent websites, allowing pirates to download and play it on the PC despite the fact that Ubisoft hasn't even confirmed its existence.

Apparently, according to GameRanx, Ubisoft's uPlay service is to blame, as Russian hackers have found an exploit that allows any user to download games they don't actually own via the service.

The downloaded game has been cracked by other pirates and can now be transferred using illegal websites.
