14 DAY TRIAL // After lots of reports and even the game's actual leak online, Ubisoft has officially confirmed Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, the standalone spinoff title based on last year's shooter, which is out on May 1.
Update: The game is now available for pre-order for the PC via Steam.
Far Cry 3 impressed lots of gamers late last year with a realistic experience which is why plenty of fans raised their eyebrows when Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon first leaked, as it was a downloadable title with a distinct retro sci-fi vibe filled with neon colors.
Afterwards, more leaks appeared, complete with screenshots, teaser trailers, and even the actual game, as it was released by hackers through a uPlay exploit on the PC platform.
Now, Ubisoft has made a statement through which it confirms that Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is real and will be released for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms on May 1.
