Fantastic Four is one of the most easily recognizable comic book series and the characters made the move to the screen in 2005 in the first of what was to be a series of superhero based movies.

With the concept of movie tie in video games gaining ground Activision launched this Fantastic Four title, which allows gamers to take control of their favorite heroes in order to take out the enemies that threaten them.

GAMEPLAY HINTS

Hell: Get past the seals

Do "The Hell" bonus level with one player. This player will be the Invisible Woman. Enable the "Unlimited cosmic power" code. You can easily get to the first seal by staying invisible by holding R1. Nothing will attack you while invisible.

When you get to the first seal, go to it and let the Seal Guardian see you. Hold R2 for your force field. Most of the time he will hit the force field and the seal at the same time. Keep repeating this until the seals are broken. Be careful not to fall off the ledges.

See the Fantastic Four's Ultimate costumes

Enable the "Hell bonus level" code. When you start, Sue (and Ben if playing in co-op mode) will be in their Ultimate costumes. Note: When you get to the rest of the Fantastic Four at the end of the level, they are also in their Ultimate costumes.

Change costumes

Complete any training level. When done, turn off the game, then complete the training level again. Complete level one on the same file. Turn off the game immediately after completing level one. Your costumes will either be red or black, depending on the version of the game.

GLITCHES

Stuck in grapple

In co-op mode, have one character press Circle to grapple an enemy and the other character kill the grappled enemy. More times than not, the character that initiated the grapple will be stuck in the grapple position and the game must be reset.
