Ubisoft has talked about its yearly installments in the Assassin's Creed franchise and mentioned that its fans enjoy these releases and that, if the level of quality remains the same, people will continue devouring the new content.

The Assassin's Creed franchise is not only an example of longevity but also an example of great yearly installments, as Ubisoft's worldwide studios pitch in to create a brand new and quite impressive experience each year.

This won't result in franchise fatigue according to the French company, as Ubisoft's Yannis Mallat told Eurogamer that, because of the high quality, people won't get tired of seeing new games each year.

"When you have quality content, the frequency of coming out with the game is not an issue at all. On the contrary, people expect more and more of that content. So it's natural to be able to provide that content. The gamers are happy and it's our job to make them happy."

This year's game will be Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, which acts as a prequel for 2012's Assassin's Creed 3, and work has apparently already begun on the next game that will appear in 2014.
