Janet Jackson's fur preference appears to shock fans more than her previous comic Super Bowl incident. PETA supporter Sean Oltersdorf has found out the famous singer could appear in a natural fur commercial for the notorious brand Blackglama and he is far from being pleased.

Her latest intention of making more than a few dollars while promoting high-class fashion relying on animal cruelty has upset Oltersdorf who decided to sell all his Janet Jackson collection and donate the profit obtained through this method entirely to PETA.

Apparently, not every celebrity is eager to display an eco-conscious conduct, since in some of the cases profit is more substantial when it doesn't involve eco-friendly values.

His 25-year collection of more than 60 items is now available on eBay, since the owner doesn't want to have anything to do with the work of a high-class star disregarding the fate of endangered creatures in her own interest.

Oltersdorf tries to explain his reasons on his eBay page. Despite that he has been a keen Janet Jackson fan for a quarter of century, he feels it is now time to let go of his old passion.

"Janet has decided to partner with fur designer Blackglama and put her name on a line of mink pelts. As the guardian to six rescued animals (three of whom are chinchillas, who [on fur farms] are bred in deplorable conditions and often skinned alive for their beautiful fur), I can't—in good conscience—simultaneously support this kind of cruel ambition while having a care for those without a voice.” states Oltersdorf.

His initiative doesn't end here, since the owner wants to receive some pertinent answers to a question that keeps bothering him. He has posted a picture with his cute chinchillas with a note "Janet, what have you done for US lately?"

The people who are as disappointed as Oltersdorf still have enough time to bid for the items from the generous collection. Their gesture will help the former collector lend a hand to PETA preservation campaigns and vulnerable creatures that escaped from being transformed into Janet's luxurious fur coats.
