It's been five years since Korn stopped from their Family Values tour. But this year they will just re-take it from where they left it. So Korn are getting ready to go on a summer tour around USA. Deftones, Stone Stour, Felyleaf and some Japanese new-comers to the rock scene (Dir En Gray) will join them.
The beginning of the "new" tour will be on July 27th at Virginia Beach. Besides the main stage where Korn and the above mentioned will play, there will also be a second stage with bands yet to be announced.
As for the tickets… the price will probably be the smallest for a tour in year 2006. That is, 9.99$! Korn have made no declarations yet about the concerts turning into charity shows, or anything similar. But at such an amazing price, charity becomes implicit and there's no need to even talk about it. It looks almost like a gift Korn make for their fans. It becomes more advantageous for fans to come and see them live than to buy an album, and this is something for nowadays show biz!

Korn's last album - "See You on the Other Side" came out in June 2005 and sold more than 800, 000 discs in the United States up to now. The latest single "Coming Undone" is this week's No. 12 in Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart.
Jonathan Davis, Korn frontman, describes the last album's music as being fresh and exciting. These are the feelings they intend recreating during this tour for the rebel teens who are anxious to see them.
