Dr. Conrad Murray was found guilty of manslaughter in the case of Michael Jackson’s death and, in 2011, sentenced to 4 years behind bars. He’s already a free man and talking to the media about what “really” happened on that night in 2009 when the King of Pop ODed on the powerful anesthetic Propofol.

So far, he’s given two separate interviews on the topic, one more infuriating than the other because he also implied in it he was in a position to make certain “revelations” about the late star that would “shatter the world.”

Unexpectedly, the singer’s family is already reacting to the claims made by Murray, through attorneys, who tell TMZ these two interviews are the perfect example of why this former physician is a coward who profited off Michael’s death and is still capitalizing on it today.

“Murray has refused to go under the OATH KNIFE and his attempt to exploit Michael are despicable and disgusting,” one of Katherine Jackson’s attorneys says. Fans probably remember that Murray pled the 45th in the courtroom, with the Jackson camp stressing that he only did it because he was guilty.

“Another lawyer sent Murray's attorney a scathing email, calling the doc ‘reprehensible’,” among other things, the aforementioned media outlet writes.

It prompted a response from Murray’s camp, with his own lawyer, Valerie Wass, writing back that, “You and members of your client's family have been bad-mouthing my client for a long time. I don't blame him for talking, especially after... you tried to portray him as an awful person.”

Murray is also saying now that he’s not guilty of Michael’s death and thus takes no responsibility in it, even though he was the one who supplied him with Propofol, which is usually used for major surgery, to help him sleep.

He claims that he and the singer were the best of friends and that he “loved” him deeply. Still, it was Michael who killed Michael, he says and he, Murray, was then made a scapegoat for the entire world.
