Fallout: New Vegas, last year's extremely impressive role-playing game from Obsidian Games and Bethesda, will be getting some brand new downloadable content, while the PC and PlayStation 3 platforms will finally receive the Dead Money add-on that was previously released for the Xbox 360.

Fallout: New Vegas delivered an immersive role-playing experience set in the popular Fallout universe, filled with intriguing challenges and plenty of content to keep most of its players going past the 30-hour mark.

At the end of last year, the game received its first downloadable content pack, called Dead Money, which was an Xbox 360 exclusive.

Now, Bethesda and Obsidian have just revealed that Dead Money will finally be making its way onto the PC and PlayStation 3 platforms this month.

According to the announcement, Dead Money will be delivered through Steam and Direct2Drive, for the PC, and through the PlayStation Network, for the PS3, on Tuesday, February 22.

What's more, the companies also confirmed that three more downloadable content packs will be launched in the coming months.

These add-ons, unlike the Dead Money time exclusive, will arrive at the same time for all of the game's platforms.

No other details were given, with Bethesda saying that more information will be shared "soon."

According to previous trademark filings, the three downloadable content packs might be called Honest Hearts, Lonesome Road and Old World Blues.

Lots of speculation was raised around these names and the graffiti signs associated with the filings, saying that some of them may focus on the Burned Man, one of the key members of the Caesar's Legion faction from the game.

Joshua Graham, aka the Burned Man, was Caesar's right hand man, but was killed by the ruler of the Legion after the humiliating defeat at the Mohave Dam, being lit on fire and thrown into the Grand Canyon, earning him the Burned Man nickname.

The location of the downloadable packs might also change, with players exploring other settlements than those in the Mojave Wasteland, including New Canaan, a city located north of New Vegas.
