Fallen Empire: Legions is a first person shooter (FPS) for the recently announced online platform, InstantAction.com. The game is developed by GarageGames and it has only one goal: to set a new benchmark of what the future of gaming will be on the Internet. It would be great if something like that would really happen and it's not all about a good marketing strategy: promise the Moon and offer some dirt.

The game focuses on a team-oriented gameplay, combining a full freedom of movement with fast paced first-person combat and tactical strategy. And with the few released screenshots, that are "eye candies", it really proves that, at least visually, Fallen Empire is unlike any other MMO. Of course that the overall feeling and the gameplay matter a lot, so if you would like to help this game improve or at least you just want to give it a try, the registration window for the beta test is open and you can sign up on the official website.

"The game design allows for us to create a unique experience that brings FPS gaming back to its roots. Legions won't be just any ordinary jewel matching web game; in terms of graphics and gameplay it will set a new benchmark of what the future of gaming will be on the web."

And all these are possible because of the recently launched games network, InstantAction, who introduces a new technology which allows graphically rich, networked games to run in popular web browsers with no download installation. Josh Williams, CEO of GarageGames, explains:
