They’ve been married for 17 years now and, being in the spotlight and all, they have had more than a fair share of breakup rumors. However, in recent months, more and more reports that Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are on the brink of divorce have been pouring in, making even their loyal fans wonder about the state of their marriage.

As it happens, they’ve been worried for nothing because the two country singers are “absolutely not” splitting up, they told People magazine at the end of their most recent Las Vegas show, which they closed, as they always do, with an on-stage kiss.

Faith and Tim are happy together; they also work together and focus on the future of their 3 daughters. Divorce isn’t even a topic in the household because they really don’t have any kind of marital issues, they insist.

“[Rumors] seem to be running like crazy right now for some reason. It's perplexing. I don't know why ‘happy’ can't be a story,” the stunning singer tells the celebrity publication when asked to comment on the divorce rumors.

She says there is no truth to them, while Tim points out that they have always been plagued by false reports of this kind.

“We've been married 17 years, and since the first week we were married those things were out. We don't even think about it. The only time we ever think about it is [when we] worry about the kids. But they've been around it, too, so they laugh it off,” he chimes in to say.

Speaking of their daughters, the country duo say their busy lives is what occupies most of their time.

“I don't recall in high school ever being so busy,” 46-year-old Hill says of their eldest daughter Gracie, who is 16. The singer admits she dreads thinking about the day when their kids will eventually move out of the house, though she’s aware they might regard it differently.
