One of the most popular social networking apps for Android device, Facebook has just received an important update, which brings new features and enhancements.
The latest Facebook for Android improves on previous version and makes it easier for users to navigate the application’s menus such as, groups, apps, pages, as well as settings.
Search capability is now available for friends, subscribers, apps and pages categories. In addition, the developers also introduced a new push notifications system that alerts users faster on the latest messages.
Furthermore, the application now allows users to access their mobile timeline, if they have one, and gives them access to friend lists and subscriptions.
Facebook for Android is now available as a free download in the Android Market and is fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.0 and up.
