The jury in the case of 18-year-old Cameron D’Ambrosio have refused to indict the teen for alleged terrorist comments.

According to the Inquisitr, D’Ambrosio was jailed on May 1 and has remained in jail until now for rapping on Facebook and mentioning the Boston Marathon bombers.

“[Expletive] a boston bomb wait till u see the [epletive] I do, I’mma be famous rapping, and beat every murder charge that comes across me!,” he wrote in April.

Lawrence District Court Judge Lynn Rooney agreed for D’Ambrosio to be released, after initially charging him with terrorist acts over the post.

Evan Greer of Boston’s Center for Rights and Fight for the Future argues that, although the Facebook user was freed, the case has taken its toll on free speech and social media.
