Facebook users should not trust posts that claim they can win free Delta Airlines tickets to Disney World. The messages are part of a scam designed to lure users to an online survey.

“We're giving away a trip to Disney World for 5 people to 15 lucky winners, all paid for with $2,000 spending money. Want to win? Just Share this photo then go here: [Link]. 15 random shares will be chosen tomorrow night where them 15 people will win 5 tickets each. Winners will be messaged VIA Facebook. Good luck!” the scam reads.

Hoax Slayer warns that the link points to a website that attempts to convince users to take part in surveys and complete offers.

Of course, no one ever wins anything. Instead, those who operate the scam make a certain amount of money each time someone completes a survey or an offer.

Make sure to verify the legitimacy of a promotion or contest before clicking links contained in shady Facebook posts.
