Ever since Forbes magazine published its yearly billionaire list, a lot of people have started to analyze those present on this list. Since nobody is surprised Bill Gates or Steve Jobs are still billionaires, it is worth noticing that six Forbes entries are closely connected with the largest social network worldwide, Facebook.

Those familiar with the finances of Facebook are aware that the company has received a generous funding from Goldman Sachs ($1.5 billion), which helped all the aforementioned men increase their fortunes.

As expected, the highest-ranked of the six is Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder of Facebook and currently its CEO and president.

Reportedly having a fortune estimated at $13.5 billion, the 27-year old American has reached the 52nd position within the Forbes top.

Next on the Facebook-related entries is Dustin Moskovitz, another co-founder who is said to own about $2.7 billion.

Moskovitz is also the one who took the title of ‘world's youngest billionaire’ from Zuckerberg, since he was born merely eight days earlier than Mark.

Next on the list are Sean Parker and Eduardo Saverin, both with fortunes estimated at $1.6 billion each, while Peter Thiel and the Russian investor Yuri Milner have $1.5 and $1 billion, respectively.

Most of these names have been introduced to the audience due to the well-known The Social Network, the Oscar-nominated movie that depicts the founding and rise of Facebook.

The facts in this film are supposedly accurate and are based on excerpts from the ongoing lawsuits as well as confessions from some of the ones involved in the action.

The interest around Facebook as a company and Zuckerberg as the public figure he is will only be enhanced once his dedicated comic book will hit the shelves.

Furthermore, the American also gets headlines due to the $100 million he donated to the Newark public school system, especially since this was not his first, nor his last charitable event.
