The stable version of Facebook application for Windows Phone devices has yet to receive a major update that would bring important new features and performance enhancements.

However, the beta version seems to be at the core of Microsoft's development, as the application has received numerous updates in the last couple of weeks.

Those who have it installed on their devices will notice that there's yet another update available for Facebook Beta for Windows Phone, which bumps the application to version 8.3.0.1.

According to the official changelog and based on what we have noticed after applying the update, Microsoft has added a new UI design, which is sleeker and slightly more stylish.

Unfortunately, aside from that, there doesn't seem to be any new feature included in the update. Microsoft also claims that it has added improved performance and support for additional languages, as well.

If you have already captured the update for the beta version of Facebook, let us know in the comments section whether or not you noticed any new features after upgrading to the newest version.

You can now download Facebook Beta for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. The application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
