The latest update does not come with an official changelog

Microsoft continues to improve the Facebook application for Windows Phone devices, but before making new features available to the masses, developers have to test them as thoroughly as possible.

This is the reason why the Redmond-based company kicked off the beta program for the Facebook application for Windows Phone operating system. Those who opt in to the program are among the first to receive new features and improvements, which sometime may not work as intended.

That’s why we do not recommend Windows Phone users who are not into testing to download the beta version of Facebook, as the application may not offer a smooth user experience.

Still, those who have already decided they want to contribute to the development of the application by testing the new features Microsoft is adding regularly will be pleased to know developers have just released a new update for Facebook Beta.

The good news is the update is likely to further improve the user experience through new features and improvements. Unfortunately, there’s no telling to what extent the application has been improved given the fact that Microsoft did not release an official changelog to go with the current update.

Anyway, you can now download Facebook Beta for Windows Phone 8.3.0.5 for free via Windows Phone Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.
