The Facebook application for Windows Phone is not what everyone would have expected. Even though both Android and iOS users are complaining that their version of Facebook is not what they wished for, the Windows Phone app could really use a lot of work.

Which is why Microsoft kicked off a beta program for the testing of the Facebook application for Windows Phone 7 and 8. Today, both beta versions of Facebook received a small update, but no new features have been confirmed.

As WMPoweruser points out, the latest update only brings some bug fixes and several performance improvements. No other details have been provided on this update, so we can assume it's nothing worth mentioning.

You can now download Facebook Beta for Windows Phone 3.2.1.2 for free via Windows Phone Store. Keep in mind that the application is only compatible with devices powered by Windows Phone 7 and up.
