It’s been exactly one month since Facebook for Android received a major update. Today, developers have added new features and bug fixes for the application and pushed it on Google Play via an update.

Facebook users will probably notice that the application can now be updated to version 3.8, which brings the following changes:

- Swipe right and tap the lock by your name to get to your privacy shortcuts; - Set reminders for upcoming episodes of your favorite TV shows on participating Pages (US only); - Bug fixes.

Those who are using Facebook Home for the first time should know that they can now see photos and posts from Flickr, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr on their lock screen.

You can now download Facebook 3.8 for Android for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application is fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up.
