Fable 2 is getting a patch and Lionhead is very specific about what will be included. Some Xbox 360 users have been complaining that there are minor glitches which pop up in the game, like not being able to interact with objects at certain points while playing. So, for all those who have had problems with
Fable 2, here's the full list of fixes which you will get from the new patch.
The Abbot in Oakfield will no longer become unresponsive if you choose to skip his blabbering and go out of his sight. Even if he has already frozen up on you, there's an option to go back and interact with him. The impossibility to interact with objects after rescuing Charlie has also been eliminated. Not all players will be able to get the objects that they had access to as a result of the Chicken Kickin' game, website promotions or buying the Collector's Edition. The furniture shop in Bowerstone no longer has always something to sell.
Two problems which got the player stuck during the Hero of Skill and the T.O.B.Y. quests have been fixed. The patch also makes your child impossible to target to be killed. It seems that those who are playing evil characters who will stop at nothing to assassinate a kid will now have to find new ways to do it. Remember that being evil doesn't pay off.
Fable 2, an Xbox 360 exclusive, is one of the most interesting videogames released for the platform during the fall. Under the direction of Peter Molyneux, it managed to deliver a fantastic experience set into a game world which dynamically and organically evolves as players become heroes and change the destiny of Albion. The adventures of the main character seem compelling and combat is satisfying.
