Fuse Labs employees are also lending a helping hand

Microsoft FUSE Labs has already released a number of extremely interesting projects designed to kick up a notch user experiences in the Cloud. A new move from the Redmond company now allows adopters to access support for the web apps offered. A special nook has been set up on GetSatisfaction allowing users to take advantage of community-powered support for Fuse Labs, of course, with the promise that “Fuse Labs employees are here to help.”

GetSatisfaction is set up to allow customers using a FUSE Labs project to ask any questions they might have. At the same time, users can share ideas, report problems or simply applaud their preferred FUSE Labs project.

“FUSE Labs works in partnership with product and research teams at Microsoft and our partners to ideate, develop, and deliver new social, real-time, and media-rich experiences for home and work. FUSE Labs experiences give users new ways to create, connect and collaborate with the people, information and ideas that matter to them,” reads a message posted on the FUSE Labs site on GetSatisfaction.

If you haven’t heard about FUSE Labs already than head over to their website as soon as you can. Here you will be able to learn additional details on and access projects such as Docs for Facebook, Project Emporia, Bing Twitter, Bing Twitter Maps, Spindex, or a personal favorite of mine, Kodu. Actually, try Kodu first, it’s guaranteed to amaze you.

“All of FUSE Labs is moving over to GetSatisfaction for online support so Kodu is going there too. GetSatisfaction will allow us to better track incoming issues while also providing more focused, community driven support. If you have a question, a suggestion or just want to share a tip with other uses, this is the place to be,” a member of the Kodu team stated.
