FREE FlatOut Ultimate Carnage Demo on XBL Marketplace

Your only problem will be deciding which game mode is more fun

If you haven't checked with Xbox Live lately... you'd better! We've just received word that FlatOut Ultimate Carnage has up a demo on the console's downloading service and it's FREE! There are three playable game modes available with this demo: Carnage Rage, Deathmatch Derby and Race (FlatOut Mode). It's tons of fun - trust us, we've given it a go.

Here's what each game mode brings, but start downloading the

game 'cause it's going to take a while -the file is over 700MB in size.

Carnage Race

Carnage Race is a fight against the clock to score as many points as possible in the given time by causing as much carnage as possible. �Crash, smash and wreck the other opponents to score big points. �Destroy the scenery and gain airtime to further increase your score. �Points are multiplied depending on your position, so aim for the high positions to get the largest multipliers!

Deathmatch

Derby Deathmatch Derby is an arena-based Derby with one simple objective - destroy your opponents. �Wrecks equal points, so get stuck in and destroy as many opponents as you can. �Players have three lives and a multitude of power-ups to help you achieve the target scores.

Race (FlatOut Mode)

Play a destruction filled race from the Street Class in FlatOut Mode. �From last place on the grid work your way through the pack into 1st place, over 3 laps of pure racing. �Smash through the scenery for nitro and total your rivals to earn extra money.

Here's Rob Noble, European Marketing Manager at Empire saying a few about the Deathmatch Derby (a statement made on the 19th of July, 2007: "As well as the trademark destruction and mayhem in FlatOut Career mode, we've purposely focused on the new game modes in the playable demo. The introduction of Deathmatch Derby in particular, is sure to be an instant hit with all action racing fans. The launch of the demo is an important element in our effort to bring the game to the broadest possible base of Xbox 360 gamers. We believe it will help build on FlatOut Ultimate Carnage's excellent initial consumer sales launch."

So, is the downloading finished? Not yet you say. Well then check out other headlines within our games section today. Oh, I almost forgot. I just went on a quick race as soon as I downloaded the game and we already noticed a little bug. Try gathering a lot of debris on your car - at least one piece of wreckage is going to get stuck in the cockpit.
