The World Cup in Germany will mean the beginning of a new era in football around the globe. And, when I say that, I don't just refer to the security measures taken by the organizers - once again, the Germans managed to step up the responsibility - but also to the FIFA initiatives concerning the players' attitude during the game.

First of all, the FIFA World Cup started off way before the friendly matches, with the rules made public by all the coaches present in the competition. Basically, the main rule consisted in the fact that no player is to have sex during the competition - except Brazil, whose players are not allowed to have sex only in the match-day. After most coaches' opinion, the lack of sex encourages greater football accomplishments. Whatever…

Still, the new rule comes all the way from FIFA. And it represents a true manual of conduct for the modern footballer to follow. Once applied during the World Cup, the "World Charta" will also guide the players, coaches, referees and officials during the international competitions from now on. They were all asked to sign the "Charta", which contains 5 amendments concerning doping, racism and sports betting. Considered to be a fair-play pattern for all of the competitors, we will let you find out what it states:

1. I admit that fair play is the basic rule of the game and I will follow it no matter what. And, especially, I promise not to take illegal or banned substances for bettering my performances during the game.
2. I will make sure to have an impeccable conduct towards my opponents. I will condemn any racist or discriminatory action inside or outside the field.
3. I will observe and respect the FIFA ethic code. I will see to respecting and acting correctly and respectfully towards FIFA, the Organizing Committee and the members of this organization, as well as the state and private institutions.
4. I am stating that I will never participate in sports betting, directly or indirectly, during the World Cup, and I will not involve a member of my family in these kind of betting.
5. I will respect all these rules, to make sure that we will have a healthy World Cup.

Those who will not obey the above rules will be punished accordingly. Still, FIFA did not yet release the specific sanctions.
