The arcade soccer game that brings a twist to the classic FIFA games from EA Sports, FIFA Street 3, is now available in stores all over the world. If you don't know that already, you should look for a cover featuring Ronaldinho, Peter Crouch and Gennaro Gattuso - three soccer icons at the moment.

This game is the third iteration in the FIFA Street franchise and it features real life soccer superstars in a hyper-real world that pulsates to the music in the most exotic locations. This can be translated as "pure arcade action" since, using a simplified control scheme, players will be able to perform over-the-top moves, tackles and almost everything you can think of. The nice part comes when, for example, a very well timed tackle is followed by an environmental "explosion" that will fill your heart with joy.

You will also be able to create your own street football team by choosing from the different players available in the game - divided into Tricksters, Playmakers, Finishers and Enforcers, each coming with their own moves and tricks. From here to the title of supreme champion, as you probably imagine already, there is only one step to make. And only your skills can make that happen.

"FIFA Street 3 is about turning football icons into eye-popping characters through the game's stylized art direction for an over-the-top arcade soccer experience," said producer Joe Nickolls. "Ronaldinho, Crouch and Gattuso represent three of the different types of players available in our game and we were able to exaggerate their qualities to really create larger-than-life characters."

FIFA Street 3 features over 250 of the world's best players representing 18 of the top international national teams, with each player rendered into a stylized caricature and boasted with a bunch of unique abilities inspired from their real style of play. The game is available for purchase for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo DS consoles.
