The development team at EA Sports has recently announced that the Barclays Premier League will be the most realistic national competition included in FIFA 15 and has revealed a wealth of new content that will be simulated, including stadiums and player faces.

At the same time, the studio says that the current partnership will not only apply to this season and that the two entities will continue to collaborate until at least the 2018/2019 season, with each new year bringing more content for gamers to enjoy in the football simulation franchise.

Peter Moore, the chief operating officer of Electronic Arts, states, “We’re extremely pleased to announce the extension of our partnership with the Premier League, the most played league in EA Sports FIFA. It brings our award-winning game to new levels of authenticity and realism, and enables fans to immerse themselves in the drama and emotion of the league. And as a life-long Liverpool FC fan, I know exactly how that feels!”

Richard Scudamore, the chief executive of the Premier League, adds that his organization is very happy with the way the competition will be portrayed in FIFA 15.

He also says that “They have worked with our clubs to enhance the Premier League element of FIFA 15 like never before and, combined with their sponsorship of the EA Sports Player Performance Index and our Fantasy Premier League game, they continue to engage with football fans in a variety of innovative and exciting ways.”

The big reveal for FIFA 15 is that gamers will be able to enjoy all the 20 stadiums of the teams in the Premier League, with their unique details and the chants that their crowds are using to encourage their team and to demoralize the opposition.

EA Sports has also announced that it will include Goal Line tech in the title, compete with TV replays in order to allow gamers to always know exactly whether they have managed to score or not from a disputed phase.

Over 200 players have also had their heads and faces scanned into FIFA 15 in order to give fans of all teams a chance to recognize their favorite stars.

The new game will use the improved Ignite engine in order to deliver smarter players on the pitch and to increase the level of emotion of the football experience.

FIFA 15 will be launched in late September on the PC, the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One and last-gen consoles.
