The team wants to keep the game fair and balanced

In the past few months, the team at EA Sports has been stepping up its efforts to eliminate coin farming and selling from FIFA 15, and it seems that the company has two big measures that it plans to implement in the coming weeks.

One of the fixes is mentioned in the official announcement regarding the delay of the Team of the Season package for Ultimate Team, but its exact nature has not yet been explained.

At the same time, EA Sports is also aiming to increase the rate at which it bans the accounts of coin sellers who currently have a wide amount of illegitimate coins in reserve.

The developers state, "By making these important changes, we’re taking another big stride forward in our fight against cheaters and exploiters, and the millions of honest FUT players will have more chances to find and obtain TOTS in-form items on the Transfer Market when they become available."

The studio has not mentioned how many coin farmers and sellers are at the moment active in FIFA 15 and how much of the in-game economy is driven by them.

The community has long said that it wants the EA Sports team to focus more on the security of the accounts in order to make sure that a seller cannot gain access to all the content a player has amassed.

Ultimate Team will be tweaked in the new FIFA 16

The stated aim of the developers is to make sure that even average players who do not spend every day playing the mode will be able to get access to the best stars included, like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

To reach this goal, the team plans to introduce more opportunities to get access to coins via events and matches, and it will continue to tweak the recently introduced Price Ranges.

EA Sports is also planning to make other changes to Ultimate Team in the coming months.

They will be tested with the current version of the game and might become important elements of the version of the mode that will be part of FIFA 16.

The new installment in the football sim series has not yet been officially announced, but fans expect to hear more information about it before the E3 2015 event.
