The company is asking gamers to offer details on the issues

The launch of FIFA 15 was pretty smooth last week and the community has been largely complaining about some of the core gameplay choices that the developers at EA Sports made rather than about major bugs with the experience.

For those gamers who have been reporting issues with the game, the studio is setting up specialized forms where they can offer their feedback and exact circumstances of their problems.

The aim is to get enough info in order to be able to replicate the bugs and then find their source and fix them in upcoming updates for FIFA 15.

At the moment, EA Sports is seeking information on matches which end with zero coin rewards in the Ultimate Team mode via one thread and about mid match disconnects via another.

The studio is not telling the community when it might have enough details to fix the issues.

FIFA 15 has taken the number one position in the United Kingdom video game chart during its first week on sale and will probably dominate NPD Group numbers for September.

The Ultimate Team mode has been increasing in popularity every year, which is probably the reason why the company is focusing on eliminating issues linked to it first, while also making sure that the level of security for all gamer accounts stays high.
