Player faces are also tweaked for new teams

Video game developer EA Sports announces that a third full title update for its football sim FIFA 15 is at the moment live on the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and the PC, introducing a range of new content for gamers to explore while also dealing with the issues that the community has been reporting in the last few weeks.

The official announcement states that Leicester City, Burnley, and Queens Park Rangers, all newly promoted in the Premier League, now have authentic player faces and that there are now players, kits and badges for the Orlando City and the New York City FC in FIFA Ultimate Team.

The look of 18 superstars has also been tweaked and player instructions can be entered in the squad screen for Ultimate Team matches.

The list of mechanics that are tweaked in the third title update for FIFA 15 is pretty long and it seems that the focus was on making sure that defensive players position themselves better and lob through balls do not have as much of an impact.

The Career Mode should be more stable and there are smaller changes for Ultimate Team and other game modes.

EA Sports adds, “Our commitment to improve the FIFA 15 experience is ongoing, and regular feedback from our fans helps us prioritize and identify future improvements. Thanks again for your continuous feedback on Twitter, Facebook, and the EA Forums. We appreciate this feedback and encourage you to record and share with us of any aspects you’d like to give your opinion on. “

FIFA 15 needs to remain relevant until April or May 2015

FIFA 15 was well received on launch and the three title updates have further improved its already solid mechanics.

EA Sports has not been talking to the community too much but seems to have heard the feedback offered so far as it has dealt with the most outstanding problems.

The Ultimate Team mode continues to be the main long-term draw for the football sim, and Team of the Week packs will continue to be delivered for the foreseeable future.

The player community has long talked about the impact of pace, but it seems that EA Sports is satisfied with that area of the game and currently does not have clear plans to change how it works.

Another major title update will probably be offered in early February of next year to introduce all transfers made in the January 2015 window.
