There are plenty of gamers who are awaiting the launch of FIFA 15 in order to recruit the biggest stars in the world to their team and then try to dominate their rivals, but there is a group that’s more interested in planning for the future, which means recruiting younger players who have room to grow and become better than the modern stars.

EA Sports is offering fans a look at the young stars and the footballers with the most room to evolve included in the coming simulation in a new blog post.

Paul Pogba, who has long been known as a solid midfielder, is the leader in the Under 21 potential ratings and is followed by the lesser known Youri  Tielemans, Aymeric Laporte, Memphis Depay, Raphael Varane and Juan Manuel Iturbe on 88.

When it comes to the biggest potential increases in skill, the leaders are Callum Burton, with a growth of 28, Jose Luis Sierra and Maodo Malick Mbaye.

The developers state, “Every player needs to start at the bottom and make their way to superstar status. But who are those prospects that will become the next Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo? Here are some players you should be on the look-out for when playing Career Mode in FIFA 15.”

The title will be offered next week on the PC, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and last-gen consoles.
