The company wants gamers to offer feedback

FIFA 15 is at the moment launched in both North America and in Europe on a variety of platforms and the delivery of the football simulation from EA Sports has largely gone off without any major issues, although some PC players have been reporting that they are seeing a bug which is moving the entire team towards the middle of the pitch without any reason.

That particular problem has been hard to reproduce, but it seems that the development team is also listening to reports that the PlayStation 4 version of the title is being affected by lag problems both in the menus and during gameplay.

Now all those who are affected by the issue can use a special online form in order to offer the team at EA Sports details which can then be used to isolate the cause and solve it via an upcoming patch.

The company is not saying how many players are affected at the moment and when it might deploy the first major update for FIFA 15.

Gameplay anomalies require video proof

FIFA 15 is a complex game which features a wide variety of mechanics that can interact in a variety of ways, and all those who are seeing anything out of the ordinary can use the official forum in order to deliver video proof and offer more details that can then be used to see what the problem is and presumably eliminate it.

On the forums, some gamers have been complaining that the pace is overpowered in the new football title, but other members of the community claim that defensive options are offered to deal with those moves.

There are also calls to limit the effectiveness of long shots in FIFA 15, but the developers at EA Sports have not offered any clear details on which problems they are aiming to deal with in the future.

EA Sports will offer long-term support

The developers working on FIFA 15 will continue to support the title in the long term and that means that they will introduce more Team of the Week packages for the Ultimate Team mode and will aim to refine the gameplay to keep the fan community satisfied.

EA Sports will also deliver updates after the January transfer period that will move the players to their new home clubs, and a new mode might also be introduced at some point during the spring of next year.
