The development team at EA Sports announces that the Italian edition of FIFA 15 will feature Napoli superstar Higuain on the official cover alongside Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, continuing a long-term trend of pairing local players with the global star.

The company has also recently announced that it is entering into a new partnership with the organizers of the Serie A, which is designed to introduce more realism for fans of the Italian league, with more detail for the various players and full team symbols.

FIFA 15 will be delivered on the Xbox One from Microsoft, the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the PC and last-gen consoles in late September.

Regardless of the territory where gamers get the new football sim, they will be able to enjoy an improved version of the Ignite engine, which comes complete with smarter overall players who are better able to read the flow of the match both on the offense and in defense.

There are also more emotions expressed on the pitch, and the crowd will notice how their favorites are performing and will encourage or boo them.

EA Sports also says that the Ultimate Team mode will be improved in FIFA 15, but has not yet announced a detailed list of the coming changes.
