FIFA 14 is one of the biggest launches of the year, and the development team at EA Sports is now ready to deliver a video of the game taken during Gamescom that shows off core gameplay features and some competitive matches.

The video is pretty long, but fans of the football sim series will certainly have plenty of reasons to stick to the end.

FIFA 14 will introduce more physics-driven elements to the series and will offer gamers more options to control their team both on the offensive and the defensive.

The game is expected to arrive on September 24 in North America and September 27 in Europe on the PC and on current-gen consoles.

The new Ignite engine will power the experience on the Xbox One and on the PlayStation 4, with a number of features that will be unique to next-gen consoles.
