FFmpeg 0.10 Officially Released

The FFmpeg pacakge, a complete solution to record, convert and stream audio and video, is now at version 0.10.

FFmpeg 0.10 has a lot of changes and improvements over the previous version, including some important ones, such as:

· SBaGen (SBG) binaural beats script demuxer;
· The OpenMG Audio muxer was fixed;
· A thumbnail video filter was introduced;
· A astreamsync audio filter was introduced;
· The XWD encoder and decoder was repaired;
· The aviocat tool was implemented;
· ffprobe -show_error option;
· r210 and r10k encoders were implemented;
· Automatic thread count based on detection number of (available) CPU cores is now working corectly.

FFmpeg is the leading multimedia framework, able to decode, encode, transcode, mux, demux, stream, filter and play pretty much anything that humans and machines have created. A complete changelog can be found here.
