The FFmpeg package, a complete solution to record, convert and stream audio and video, is now at version 0.10.1.

FFmpeg 0.10.1, codenamed Freedom, features some security fixes, over 100 bugfixes and even some new options like the “swapuv” filter.

Highlights of FFMpeg 0.10.1:

• The bytestream end pointer has been corrected; • Integer overflow leading to out of global array read has been fixed; • A bug where deinterleaved samples were stored in the wrong place was fixed; • Parsing of broken AVC SPS was improved; • The sample size calculation for 20bit LCPM was fixed; • Set channel layout for AC-3 streams based on the 'dac3' atom info; • The QMF scaling was fixed.
