Although, at first sight, the Korean manufactured Latte 11B is just one of those phones that sport a design strikingly similar to more popular mobile phones, when taking a better look, the 11B might prove to be an improved version of the phone it resembles, the Motorola L7.

First of all, the Latte 11B manages to bring the same stylish design as Motorola L7, but in a smaller and thinner case. While the L7 measures 113 x 49 x 11.5 mm and weighs 96 grams, Latte's 11B comes in a super slim size, measuring 107 X 43 X 11.2 mm, therefore considerably less than the L7.

The features the phone comes with include a 1.9 inch 260k color TFT LCD screen, 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities (comparing to the L7's VGA camera), 64MB of embedded NAND memory, support for MicroSD memory cards and MP3 player capabilities.

While the Latte is said to be smaller, equipped with a better camera and more stylish than the L7, and we know that the first two are completely true, it's up to the user to decide whether the 11B is in fact more stylish than its Motorola rival.

The Latte 11B is a tri-band GSM phone that is available with support for either 850/1800/1900 MHz or 900/1800/1900 MHz. Apparently, FCC has decided to allow the use of the 11B in the US, and although there's no info regarding which carrier, if any, will be offering this mobile phone, it will reportedly be unlocked and work on Cingular, T-Mobile and other GSM carriers in the USA. Despite the lack of info on its availability, the Latte 11B can be found on various eBay auctions for around $169.
