Finnish security solutions provider F-Secure has launched F-Secure Client Security 10, a product that’s designed to help organizations in protecting their systems against threats from cyberspace.

F-Secure Client Security 10 is powered by DeepGuard 4, the latest version of the company’s detection engine.

It’s worth noting that the new product works on Windows 8 as well, so companies that plan on migrating to Microsoft’s latest operating system can use it without having to worry about compatibility issues.

Client Security 10 can be managed from a central console represented by the new variant of F-Secure Policy Manager.

“Not only are businesses spending for malware cleanup, they also have the costs of lost productivity, data loss, investigation and post-incident management,” Pekka Usva, vice president of corporate security at F-Secure, noted.

“Add those together, and malware that has gone undetected can have serious ramifications to a business. Even a one percent higher detection rate can save thousands.”

F-Secure Client Security 10 and F-Secure Policy Manager are available via the company’s reseller partners.
