Exploding Kittens may seem like a funny name for a game, but it's in fact a highly strategic card game that requires some skills in order to master.
Above all else though, Exploding Kittens is very fun to play and those more than 27,000 backers that pledged various amounts of money to the project realized that.
This isn't your usual online card game you play with other players randomly selected by a server. Exploding Kittens is a real card game that plays with real cards and in which, depending on your strategy, you can make fun or your friends or torture them.
The game supports 2-4 players, but those who want to accommodate more can do so by ordering an extra pack of cards that will expand the number of players to 8.
The card game is expected to be ready for shipping in July 2015
Exploding Kittens mechanics can be compared to that of the Russian Roulette game because, as players take turns drawing cards, the chances that someone draws an exploding kitten and lose the game is increasing. As the game progresses, it gets more intense, but funnier as well.
