Security experts have often warned that cybercriminals and scammers are increasingly relying on .pw domains (Palau) in their schemes. Researchers from Blue Coat have analyzed an interesting .pw domain that appears to be part of a worldwide scam network.

The domain in question is seamaster.pw. Its traffic comes mainly from ads.yahoo.com, but some of it comes from other ad networks.

What’s interesting about this domain is the fact that it sends most of its traffic to sebcotrk.com. This website redirects visitors to various scam sites.

Experts have found that the worldwide scam network targets users from India, Colombia, Australia, the US, Poland, Taiwan and other countries.

Check out the gallery to see what these scam sites look like. If you’re redirected to them while surfing the web, be careful. Don’t click on anything and don’t hand over any information, no matter how tempting the offers look.
