Evolution 3.12.2, a complete solution that provides integrated mail, address book, and calendaring functionality to users of the GNOME desktop environment, has been released and is now available for download.

The second maintenance build of the GNOME 3.12.x branch has been launched and comes with a small number of improvements and various fixes. The GNOME 3.12 has been a real success and the developers are moving quickly, staying on schedule with the upgrades.

According to the changelog, the filtered messages are now opening in a separate window, the “Sender has been notified...” message is no longer displayed, a busy loop that occurred under replace_local_image_links() has been fixed, newly created folders are now always marked as having subfolders, and the “Copy Link Location” function now copies into both the primary and the selection clipboards.

Also, duplicate email addresses are no longer added, gtk_drag_check_threshold() is now used instead of hard-coded values, a black border has been fixed on various mail account settings, the Location label has been wrapped in a reminder dialog, and the Undo/Redo text is now displayed in the menus
