Ever wanted a tool that can grab everything off the web and archive it in readable format for offline access? Well, that tool is here and it’s free to download from the Mac App Store.

Keep Everything for Web is a free web archiver for OS X that allows you to keep webpages and images by just dragging and dropping, or via “Select & Copy.”

You can keep anything from individual Tweets to YouTube videos via drag-and-drop. Vimeo, TED, and Dailymotion are also supported.

As far as offline lectures are concerned, “The ‘Kept’ webpage is entirely archived on your offline storage. You get the whole page: text, images and links,” according to developer groosoft.

The “Article” section optimizes web pages for reading by decluttering them of ads and structuring them with Markdown format. Finally, you can send all this stuff to your iPhone and other devices via Dropbox sync.
