The telecommunications market in the UK has changed starting today, as T-Mobile UK and Orange UK, have been integrated in a single company, called Everything Everywhere Limited. The new entity has become the largest communications company in the UK, and now includes all employees from the UK carriers T-Mobile and Orange. With this official integration being completed, an important milestone in the evolution of the company was reached.

Everything Everywhere went official with some of the positions within the company. According to it, new appointments include Neil Macgeorge, now VP of Products; Simon Frumkin, VP of Procurement and Supply Chain; and Stephen Harris, who would take the role of Chief of Staff to CEO Tom Alexander. Additionally, the company appointed a new team of Directors, while the company’s other 16,500 employees remain on the same positions.

Tom Alexander, Chief Executive of Everything Everywhere Limited said: “The formal integration of our new company, Everything Everywhere Limited, is another major milestone and reflects the rapid progress we have made over the past nine months. Today we have created the country’s biggest communications company, and as the new leader in the industry, it is our aspiration to give our customers instant access to the world around them, to everything everywhere, through both of our brands, Orange and T-Mobile.”

However, a series of changes should be put in place starting today, including the new Everything Everywhere branding that would be applied to key headquarter buildings, or the creation of new Everything Everywhere staff email addresses and new business cards, and others more. Everything Everywhere Limited is aimed at providing users with instant access to everything everywhere, in an attempt to offer best value, best choice and best network experience in the UK, the company announced.

Through the integration of T-Mobile UK and Orange UK, the new company accounts for a number of 30 million customers and has round 700 retail stores across the country. The carrier is owned jointly by Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, parent companies for T-Mobile UK and Orange UK.
