"Going Google" may not have the same notoriety as "googling" but the phrase has managed to catch on as much as anything aimed at the enterprise market has.
Going Google means ditching your old software and infrastructure and moving to the cloud, for email, office apps and so on.
Apart from being cheaper to run and maintain, the big benefit of the cloud, at least as far as office apps are concerned, is collaboration.
The latest Google Apps ad showcases just that in a very simple, yet very effective, way. While the ad may be 30 Rock-themed, there are no actors of any kind, just a blank Google Docs document that quickly starts getting filled once everyone starts pitching in.
Granted, it's not getting filled with what it was supposed to be, but that's another story.
