And now, as the drama of the Orlando Bloom and Justin Bieber incident is dying down, we can sit back and watch the Internet react to what has possibly been the biggest story of the year, and yes, that includes Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West.

Actually, come to think about it, there were more celebrities in the Ibiza restaurant where Justin almost got beat up than at the entire Kardashian wedding in Florence. But back to the matter at hand: judging from initial reactions on social media, no one is siding with Bieber in this celebrity dispute.

More than a couple of stars as well as regular people are choosing to opt for #TeamBloom and are cracking all sorts of jokes at the expense of the Canadian singer, who's been left with egg on his face after the scuffle earlier this week.

Even on TV, the people are opting for Bloom's side of the story. Jimmy Fallon made an especially funny comment on The Tonight Show, where he said that “Orlando Bloom apparently threw a punch at Justin Bieber last night during an argument at a nightclub. Orlando's hand was pretty sore today. You know, from all the high fives he got.”

Stephen Colbert also made a funny quip on Twitter by saying: “Orlando Bloom was in LOTR, married Miranda Kerr AND punched Justin Bieber? By my count his monkey paw only has 2 fingers left.”

As always, fans are ready to take things one step further, so any second now we're expecting a petition to have Orlando knighted by the Queen for punching the pop star. One fan tweeted: “Someone give Orlando Bloom an Oscar, Gold Medal, Nobel Prize, a knighthood, the yellow jersey and the keys to the universe.”

Another followed in the same lines: “It's been over 12 hours since Orlando Bloom punched Justin Bieber and he is still yet to receive a knighthood, the world is wrong.”

As you can see, the wave of negativity in social media is about to hit Justin's career harder than Orlando ever could hit him in the in face, that is, if his punch had connected with Bieber's face.

Ironically, Bieber is digging himself even deeper into a hole, by posting scandalous photos on his social media. Apart from making him feel like he really got a say in this argument, those photos do nothing but incite hatred from the public, who's now getting a glimpse of his real bratty behavior.
